4. Intellectual Property

4.2 Project Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for your project. We retain rights to reuse general techniques, methods, and non-custom components. Specific IP terms are defined in individual project agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

For successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Provide necessary access, credentials, and assets

6. Warranties and Disclaimers
